This cost effective, out-of-the-box solution was enhanced, customized, deployed and supported at remote posts abroad.

AMS enables the capture of proposals and metadata, routing the proposal to the appropriate staff for review and approval, sending correspondence to interested parties, tracking the status of proposals, reporting to management and adhering to agency records management policies.
